ARCHIVIST'S NOTES
The STABILO pencil 160 is a hexagonal wood-cased graphite pencil with a 2.2 mm lead engineered for high break-resistance, available in HB and 2B and in five barrel colours (petrol, yellow, orange, blue and pink). It is promoted as an all-rounder for writing, drawing and sketching across school subjects, and is sold both with an eraser tip and in a plain version without one. It remains a current product in STABILO's graphite-pencil range.
This specimen: pencil 160 in grade HB.
