ARCHIVIST'S NOTES
The DOMS Drawing & Sketching Graphite Pencils are hexagonal wood-cased graphite pencils made in India by DOMS Industries, sold as a set spanning the HB, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B and 10B grades. The harder HB grade suits outlines and lighter detail while the progressively softer grades through to 10B give darker tones for shading and contrast, making the range aimed at drawing and sketching for students, hobbyists and artists. The pencils are supplied pre-sharpened and each pack includes a separate eraser.
