HOUSE OF GRAPHITE

Cretacolor's Cleos Fine Art Graphite (article 160) is a cedar-cased hexagonal drawing pencil made in Austria, offered in 20 graphite grades spanning very soft 9B to very hard 9H. The graphite-and-clay leads (2.2-2.8 mm) are formulated to be break-resistant and easy to sharpen, giving an even, blendable tone across the range. The breadth of grades makes it suitable for sketching and tonal shading through to finer technical and architectural line work. This specimen: Cleos Fine Art Graphite in grade 6H.
