HOUSE OF GRAPHITE

Apsara Drawing Pencils are the graded artist line from Hindustan Pencils Ltd of India, the maker of the Apsara and Nataraj brands. The pencils are hexagonal, made from "superior quality wood" that sharpens easily, with a special impregnated graphite lead for extra smoothness. They are sold as individual single grades from 6H through 12B (and in assorted sets) for drawing, sketching, shading and drafting. This specimen: Drawing Pencils in grade 3B.
